Things to Consider for your Grassfed Beef Order:  Grass fed Beef is usually about 95% lean, barely enough to hold burgers together on a grill. If you would like to add some fat, please indicate the total percent fat you prefer.

• How many steaks would you like in a package? Usually, this means how many people will usually eat with you?

• How large would you like your roasts cut? The average store-purchased roast is about 5 pounds. You can use that for a reference.

• Would you like the lesser quality roasts — the chuck and the round — as roasts or as ground beef? In other words, do you like to cook more roasts or do you use ground beef more often?

• How thick do you like your steaks? Typically, people select 3/4 of an inch to 1″ thick.

• How large would you like your stew meat packages to be? Typically, this is the same size as your ground beef, but it doesn’t have to be.
